well do one of two things or possibly both.
tape a picture of yourself in a bikini or something similar and hang it up on your bathroom mirror so everytime u brush your teeth, do your hair, etc you will see how you look and it will motivate you.

or do the same with a nice sized female from a magazine. stay away from nicole richie's pics lol not a good role model.

hope that helps.

i used to do the same. i used to tape a picture of a chick from a magazine on my treadmill and it motivated me to stay on it longer and longer each time.

Exercising is the best way to burn fat and stay healthy. For long term fat loss, the exercise program should consist of a combination of weight training and aerobic exercises. For a fat loss program, weight training exercises should be done first so that the carbohydrates and glycogen in the body are used up. This also forces the body to conserve and build muscle. After weight training, you should do aerobic exercises. More information on exercises to loose weight is available at http://tinyurl.com/jax5h

I suggest the YMCA in your area. In Massachusetts, where I live, most of the Y's have up to date equiptment and very knowledgable staff. The people who work out there want to work out and, while personable and friendly, are not there to pick each other up.
