Have small conversations and when you find out what she is really interested in then build on that. If all else fails talk about her or politic.

Depends on how well you already know her. To find out alot about a person in a short time, i'd suggest Politics or Religion. These are hot topics and can make or break a relationship. Most people who are compatinle on most levels find they agree on these 2 subjects.
