2 1/4 cups self rising flour
1 cup sugar
1 cup firmly packed brown sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla extract (real is always better than imitation)
2 big tablespoonfulls of margerine (dont melt it)
2 eggs
in a big bowl, combine all dry ingredients and then "cut" the margerine in with a fork untill mixture is crumbly. then add eggs and extract and mix until dough forms. drop by spoonfulls onto a greased cookie sheet and bake at 350 until cookies are barley brown around the edges. its hard to say how long, every oven is different, but you have to keep an eye on them, they can burn easily! let them cool cpmpletly before you eat them, as they finish cooking while they cool.
