He has a plan that can't change right? Shouldn't everything that happens be working towards this plan? Why would he have any reason to dislike anything that happens on earth since his omnipotent plan is in action? How can our puny actions affect gods plan?

That is a good question but what God are you talking about. The self appointed ones or the true source of creation. Many Gods have come forth thought out history and have fallen into the smoke of the past from Egypt to the present day . What true God needs you to pray to Him??Or ask forgiveness. If he can bring all that is in creation into being he doesnt need your help. The problem is why other peoples beliefs are not taken into consideration . What proof does any one have that what they believe is true??? Since when does a God need someone else to tell what he wants?? Nothing is forever amd there is no perfection for if that was so nothing would ever evolve or change.

Psalm 7:11
God judgeth the righteous, and God is angry with the wicked every day.

If you don't like the KJV (above), try this reading from the NASB:
Psalm 7:11
God is a righteous judge,
And a God who has indignation every day.

Your idea that we cannot effect God's plan needs to explain Romans 8:28:
And we know that God causes all things to work together for good to those who love God, to those who are called according to His purpose.

For there to exist a God burdened with human emotion like anger proves one thing to me: that the concept of God is man made. Anger, jealously, a desperate need to be loved and worshiped? Sounds more like your average 2-year old than a supreme being. If there is a higher intelligence it is beyond our simple understanding and I'm fairly certain it would have no use for a petty emotion like anger.

God allows for free will. So does the United States, generally, but they're not so good at it. I'm sure the American Justice system gets upset at those who break the law, even if they do believe that criminals won't take over the country...mmm maybe that's not such a good analogy.

Ooops! It looks like god made a wee little mistake. Seems Jesus told Simon (Peter) that whatever he binds on earth is bound in heaven, and whatever is loosed on earth is loosed in heaven, or words to that effect.

So now god has the earthlings leading him around by the nose and is all tied up in church administrivia.

Most of you understand that GOD has a plan, that is not the argument.
But some of you don't understand is that humans can stray from that plan, GOD will not put His will upon you.

You are free to accept or reject His Son, you are free to sin, or perform a shcool shooting, or give one hundred dollars to a charity. GOD's ultimate plan is that no one perish, but the bible says not everyone will make it to Heaven

Another question of logic that will send the inerrantists into fits. Brace yourself for nonsense about "freewill" and such.

Dude, God's plans aren't for Him - they're for us.

Eveything IS working towards His plans. Some people choose not to be involved in His plans.
