Doesn't matter people if he is skinny, He wants to know. There is tons of ways to diet, But you want healthy, I hope lol. Every ones body is different, Some can lose it faster and others have more problems, its all about watching how much you take in daily. I am from Cali and moves to SC and there isn't much to do here and so I gain some weight and got depressed, I started eating only fruit in the morning like a banana, or grapes etc, Then for lunch had lean cuisine and I don't mean getting one that has 400 to 500 calories, I mean one that is under 300, Then for dinner subway but only eating half, NO mayo mustard etc, Just meat or veggies, I lost 15pounds in 3weeks and lost another 4pounds in 2weeks. I told some people how I did it and one woman told me she tried the lean cuisine and it didn't work for her, Like I said its all different for others. Like my younger sisters she is soo skinny and she wants to gain weight but she eats an eats like crazy but she cant gain weight, No she isn't lucky because she looks like she is unhealthy because of how small she is and her age now. Just fine something that works for you and stick to it and don't give up an work out also while trying to lose weight that will help alot more then just dieting. Also watch what you drink everything has calories but water lol That's all I drink now. Those sodas or orange juice etc adds up at the end of the day because of calories. NOT saying you cant have orange juice but just a serving size a day not anymore. Where ever you go to eat out fast food etc they always have a website that tells you how much is in foods

Whatever you do to drop a jean size in a week cannot be healthy. Why not accent your good parts and hide your shortcomings with good fashion sense? Then you could concentrate on good healthy weight loss practices that would be permanent. Whatever you are after by dropping a jean size would be better served with common sense. What happens to your plans if you faint during the time you are wearing these tight jeans next week?

It depends what size you are... you may be about to lose 5 kgs in a week, but this isnt going to be a jean size.

This is really bad for you - but i normally dont eat for a week... Drink plenty of water to keep you hydrated - at times you may feel light headed, if this happens then have a lolly (natural Confectionary brand) - as they are fat free OR a teaspoon of Honey (natural Sugar, its better for you).... you will also need to exercise - the idea is to burn more calories then you are eating.

- Be careful though as chances are you will put it straight back on again if you dont keep up the healthy lifestyle once the weight is off.

thats impossible. even if you starve yourself, your body cannot make adjustments that quickly. HOWEVER (yes there is a however) if you eat healthy, and by that i mean no fat and as much whole foods as possibe. You exercise, cardio activity, for at least an hour each day then you will be sure to lose weight soon. But it all depends on your weight and height for how long soon will be. I have done this. I went to www.buymlis.com . It is a 10 day fasting. You will most likely loose 5-7 lbs in the first week. It is a detox/cleansing program. It really is very healthy and if you stay dedicated to it you wil loose more. But start now. It's becoming the "in" thing. Otherwise starving yourself will only lead you to failure because your body will loose it and you will splurge. WATER, WATER, WATER

Special K diet, you cant stay on that one forever and you don't lose weight in the first week of atkins. I would reccomend the south beach though, it also takes a week to lose weight, but is probably the best out there right now.

Do your grocery shopping with a list and an occasion limit; that way, you're less likely to stray into the highly processed foods section.

Use a vegetable bean dip for example hummus instead of ranch dressing or a fatty cream-based dip.

Google Lemon Cleanse and just follow the instructions.

I lost 29 lbs in 6 days.

Checked with my Doctor and he said it was ok to do this.

I figure most of the weight was water, but it works.
