According to their website, the 2002 is the current release of their Pinot Noir, so its likely you have a just released wine if you have the 2003. See http://www.portreevineyard.com.au/setcurrent.html

As for a score of 95 -- scores are meaningless without knowing who gave that score and whether you have any confidence in their judgment.
Interestingly, it seems the 2003 woul dbe only the fourth Pinot Noirthat they have made.
