Why do most youth directors find it necessary to depend on entertainment as a means of winning the young ppl to the faith??

I'd ask for a drug test. I'd ask about sexual orientation. I'd ask about educational background. Have them get a complete physical.
I would ask about their history with children; their temperament, their tolerance.

I would look at his/her bible and notice the following things.
Are the pages perfect, or wrinkled and worn ?
Have they underlined any passages?
Are there notes in the margines?
See a person can lie to you but if he loves GOD then his/her bible will show it.
