Not P.O.W.'s because a True P.O.W. is just a soldier fighting for his country and still deserves to be treated as a honorable soldier.

Terrorist...sure. they are NOT honorable soldiers...make their life a living hell, just as they have made ours. They are not capable of being rehabilitated nor will they ever surrender.

Prisoners of war should NOT be tortured anywhere, and that includes terrorists (President Bush says it's a WAR on terrorism, so aren't they POW's too?).
The United States cannot hold itself up to the world as an example of all that's good and free and democratic...and then torture anybody for any reason.
Someone has to take the moral high ground!

These are no prisoners of war. They wore no uniform. they fought for no government.

They are unlawful combatants. Let them stand up, put on a uniform and comply with the rules prescribed by the Geneva Conventions.

Otherwise, they are a band of marauders with guns and no rules. IE Fairgame.

Prisoners should not be tortured anyplace. Torture is not allowed by the rules set for our U. S. military and all U. S. military personnel are informed of this.

r u mentally retarded??

of course not, they capture random iraqis that look bad, and torture em,

how would u like to be tortured for no reason.

u saw what happened in the abu ghraib

a massacre. this is what americans really do in this war for oil, i mean peace.

if there is real sufficient proof, then there may be a reason.

No. The torture is going to be used on ordinary U.S. citizens. Here's the PROOF!...

No, should we exchange thousands of terrorists in Israel for a kidnapped few?

Is killing innocent Iraqis the right thing to do?

Economics lesson number one: Your way, and everything that only helps YOU alone is NOT fair-i.e. we don't make deals with terrorists.

Should you listen to metallica?

Liberty or death, what we so proudly hail
once you provoke her, rattling of her tail
never begins it, never, but once engaged...
never surrenders, showing the fangs of rage

don't tread on me

so be it
threaten no more
to secure peace is to prepare for war
so be it
settle the score
touch me again for the words that you'll hear evermore...

don't tread on me

love it or live it, she with the deadly bite
quick is the blue tongue, forked as lighting strike
shining with brightness, always on surveillance
the eyes, they never close, emblem of vigilance

don't tread on me

so be it
threaten no more
to secure peace is to prepare for war
so be it
settle the score
touch me again for the words that you'll hear evermore...

don't tread on me

Remember when US POWS were tortured in Vietnam?

The USA should NEVER torture prisoners. It is sick and inhumane.

hell ya they should. to hell with the 8th amendment. some of these terrorists do the worst things to their people and then the US has an uproar because a picture got out of saddam in his panties. who cares, saddam killed thousands of people and he thinks he got treated unfairly. i think whatever the prisoners did it should get done to them. its only fair.

ok, not fighting soldiers, because they are just trying to fight for their country.
