We don't go back to the doctor until Tuesday. A couple of people have told me to give her a tad bit of nyquil to help her sleep. I don't know if that's a good idea or not. Has anybody ever given their little ones nyquil?

OH, my, Nyquil is alcoholic and way too strong for a child. It makes ME gag! But you could give her a little benadryl or Tylenol cold/cough--it's the cough part that makes them drowsy. When my daughter broke her wrist (age 5) the doctor recommended children'ts motrin or advil over tylenol for pain, though.

Tylenol and Benedryl. Thats my vote. Use the benedryl sparingly as you dont want her to become dependent on it to get to sleep.
