I never know what I should do. I usually look away at first because I don't want anyone to think I'm a pervert, but then I always look back because, well, it's not everyday you get a peek up a girl's skirt and I am a guy. Is it harmless to peek as long as I am not sitting there staring and drooling?

Well I as a girl would love to have some HOT guy staring up my skirt. Some may call me a whore, but it's like my natural instinct. It's also a natural instinct for guys to be looking up skirts. But some girls like their privacy. In that situation if you have a friend or something who is a girl you should ask her to please tell that girl about her skirt. Otherwise have your fun by staring.

If it seems like this is the attention she wants, then it's okay to peek quickly, then move on. Staring and drooling are out.
Also, it depends on the situation - if the poor girl just fell over and that's why you can see up her skirt, don't add to the humiliation by perving at her knickers. Be a gentleman and help her up.

Stare stupidly, with a grin and drool as much as you can if she's trying to show ya. It would also be a good time to ask he if she like you to take a closer look somewhere more private.
If she didn't intend to then just act like your not looking.
If the edge of her skirt if stuffed into her panites when she went to the bathroom, you should get to her and notify her gently that she has this problem and that she should fix it immedaitely and walk off.

Well I understand you feel it is a guy thing, and really it is !!!
But
A true gentleman...........would never look, and believe me EVERY girl would know if you did look or not!
We know like you would-not-believe!
Some girls may like it, but a nice girl would not!
It is NOT harmless....because you have chosen to do something that may cause her, to be very embarrassed

As long as she doesn't see you doing it. Unless she is Sharon Stone from Basic Instinct and purposely wants you to look up her skirt, then I doubt she even knows she is doing it.

If you didn't look you would be weird,to stare like you've never seen it before would be even weirder. If the girl see you and isn't disgusted then smile and excuse yourself for seeing it. If she laughs about it compliment her panties lol.

it's natural to look a woman anyway, but if her skirt comes up, most men do look, it's normal..just don't stare
