i'm in a state of confusion. There is no doctor in his right mind that would prescribe a meth user adderall. If you have a addiction in stimulants they won't give you a stimulant. there is other drugs for conditions that require this medacation. So this is making me wonder if your mother isn't on the story and in fact its you. I had a son caught up in this **** meth and it wasn't a fun ride. he was using other drugs as well. He wouldn't listen moved out and ended up in jail. to me it was a blessing.at least i didn't find him dead. He went through withdraws in jail. It broke my heart to see such a mess. to make a long story sort he did go to rehab and is now doing good. the sad part about this that his buudie didn't get any help. although he was in my prayers there wasn't much I could do. He went in and out of jail. he basically gave up his family, job everything even his life all for a drugs. the drugs took him over and he never got away. I'm not trying to scare you but I have seen the dark side of all this and every time I hear people like you in the situation I want to cry. I promise if you start to get some help your furture will be much better. Its a day by day process. I can't say its easy. but I know you can do this go to parent, minister, teacher whoever will listen. I don't like the question your asking. Don't inject yourself with anything, this could be fatal.it's nothing to experence with- consider my thoughts your in my prayers

Once an extended or timed release medication is crushed, or broken it is no longer extended or timed release. This is very dangerous because the full dose will be released into the body and can be fatal. If you suspect that your daughter is abusing the drug notify her physician at once. Adderall is a very dangerous drug. If she's injecting, snorting or somehow destroying the timed release of the medication or taking more than prescribed she can easily overdose. Don't waste time wondering wether or not she's abusing the medication, let the doctor know so he can order either a urine of blood test to see if she is taking the medication correctly. Again Adderall is a very dangerous and addictive medication when not taken properly. Hope this info helps.

Something isn't right with this question or the answers. A veighn?? what is that? A nurse "thinks" this might be bad. Come on here a nurse?? I doubt it. Meantime if you know how to single handedly put a meth dealer out of business you must be a miracle worker and the law enforcement community would be beating down your door. Meantime adderall is not advised for adults, there is no way to remove the XR or extended release from it, it could only be injected by turning it into a liquid etc. If your daughter (or yourself maybe) is that big of a drug addict you need in house rehab ASAP.

Lexi, I'm pretty confused because if we check your other questions, it seems you have the addiction to adderall. You asked a question two hours ago about if it could be injected and if so would it feel like swallowing ice, because you got hooked on it for weight loss but you don't get the energy anymore.
Then 2 hours ago you answered someone's question about weight loss and you told her how you could be "slick" and just tell a doctor you had adhd or narcolepsy and get some adderall that way.
So, be honest here...it's not your daughter you are asking for is it?
You are trying to kill yourself.
Not smart.

NO! Adderall does not come in injectable form and you NEVER breakdown a pill or such in order to do that. Injectable medications are made so that the veinous system can tolerate it's route of administration. Pills, etc. are NOT. They are made with agents/binders so that they can be dissolved in the stomach properly and passed in metabolism. I work in pharmacy which is why I say this.

NO NO NO. it is SOOOO dangerous to inject anything into your body that is ont made to be injected. it can be fatal, quickly, or for sure in the long run, do not allow her to keep damaging her veighns, or taking a chance of overdosing, or dying from improper injection, stop her immediatly, and contact a rehab i suggest, she probobly needs some help. she is only injecting her adderall because she misses injecting other drugs, it is a coping method. contact your doctor about the time release, good luck

Any CEO of a car rental agency. When the base price for one week starts out at $192 and ends up at $298, it is time for some serious head thumping. To add insult to this, upgrades which would add another $100 are outrageous. All of these were offered along with the substitution of a car not the first choice. Add $6.99 per gallon for fuel costs. If I thought Washington state was expensive, So. Calif. tops it. Thanks for letting me rant.

Almost any substance can be injected if broken down into a liquid form, this is probably NOT SAFE.....Please check the drug website, and get her into substance abuse counseling. I am a nurse, and I have seen it all.....Please get her the help she needs!!
