If a women who is 42 and had her tubes tied 17 years ago had sex in August and has had 3 normal periods since, pretty well know for sure that she is not pregnant?

Also she took a home test just to get me to leave her alone in september which was negative.

Is it safe to say this lady isnt going to have my baby?

Is it 100% positive that she didnt get pregnant?

Regular periods, tied tubes, and a negative pregnancy test are very strong indicators that she is not pregnant. I would say that it is 100% positive that she is not pregnant.

It is possible to have a tubal pregnancy when the tubes are tied. But, if there are no skipped periods and no reason to think she is pregnant other than the fact that you had sex, then I'd say she is not pregnant. 3 periods along with a negative test is enough to say a woman without tied tubes is not pregnant.

PS If you are worried about knocking someone up, use protection next time regardless if tubes are tied or not. There's a thing called STD's out there too, and it doesn't sound like you know this person well so should not have had unprotected sex with her.

If her tubes were tied 17 years ago - i dont think that theres much chance of her getting pregnant now not unless she has had a reversal, remember once over 40 the chances of getting pregnant (even if you havent had your tubes done) slows down dramtically- i woudnt worry reckon you could be safe

Sounds like you wanted her to be pregnant with your child but unless she's lying about all the proof I'd say odds are negative

It sounds like she isn't pregnant. The chances of her tubes reconnecting is EXTREMELY slim. I wouldn't worry about it.
