I seriously think some people have a Hard time comprehending the FACT that entering the USA without Proper documentation is a Criminal activity maybe we need to make it a Little More simpler for them. I mean if a Bank robber works Really hard at robbing a bank that doesn't make it any less of a crime. I'm TIRED of hearing ALL the Sob stories and attempts to make excuses. ENTERING the USA without Proper documentation is a CRIME It doesn't make ANY difference what your reasons for it are its STILL a CRIME. That is a Simple FACT.

I don't think it would make a hell of a lot of difference - if people are so ignorant that they can't understand the term "illegal," they would be even more confused by adding another three syllable word to the description.
It isn't racist, anti-Mexican, bigotry or any other unrelated term that drives this concern - it's the fact that we are a nation founded on LAW - and wading across the Rio Grandee without papers is simply breaking the law.
Which law do we ignore next?
And speaking of laws, why not remove the illegals' incentive to come here in the first place by jailing a few of the greedy employers who hire and exploit them in favor of American workers?
Nothing anyone can say will convince me that this is a complex problem. Simple:
No jobs or economic benefits = no illegals !

No it would not make a distinction to me because of fact if the government would not want them right here they'd not be right here. in case you have all of that evidence i think of it is your accountability to take it as much as the White domicile and ensure it quite is given on your President. are you able to tell me why the Democrats in simple terms have been given elected if various of you're against unlawful immigration did any of you vote? And in case you probably did why did you vote Democratic from what i understand they are going to be greater lenient on unlawful immigration.

But seriously, making it a felony???? " A crime is still a crime?" PLEEEAASSEEE.... Have you never heard of our court system? A rapist can plead down to assault, if you steal a car worth more than $10000 it's grand theft auto, but if you steal the worthless Pinto, it's just theft. If you're caught speeding and receive a careless driving ticket, you can have it reduced to a lesser "CRIME" of reckless driving.... there is no black and white even when the government IS in charge of it all....

I dont think we have to do that, what we need to do is get rid of the politicians that are allowing them into the US. & fineing heavely the farms that use them. I dont remember when or what town in Va, But the towns people kicked their politician out of office for allowing them into the town to catch the bus to the farm. Thats what we all should do & then maybe they wont be here?

Everyone is an imigrant, not only does usa have problems with this if u go to europe they have the same problem maybe u should see outside of the box, go to other countries and u will see that we are not the only ones with this problem. Think about it in england most of the imigrants their are muslim people, everyone is looking for a better life dont judge other people if u urself never experience poberty.

I agree with you.
The pro-criminal crowd understands this but they won't admit it because then they would have no cause. It is in their better interest to call you a racist. I wouldn't be surprised if you get called a racist at least twice with your post and you don't even mention a nationality.
