I need some tips too looose 10 lbs in about a week. What kind of exercises work best and wat kind of diet should I go on? Also what is the best kind of exericse to do for the lovehandles?

This is not what you want to hear, but...even if you WERE able to lose 10 lbs in a week. it would be water weight and it wouldn't make you look like you want.
sorry honey, there is no plan, even if all you had was water for the next week, your body would not be getting enough calories and go into "starvation mode" and hang onto every fat cell. instead of losing weight you would end up possibly gaining weight since your body would hold onto every thing you would eat, since it wouldn't be sure when the next meal would come.
the only way to lose weight is the old fashioned way, eat less, exercise more. it sucks, but it works.

It would be unhealthy to lose 10 lbs in one week but the only way to do it would probably be to starve yourself. You could possibly have some water weight and you might try water pills or something like that. As far as exercise, I am the most sedentary person in the world, I can't help you there.

Is isnt possible without practically killing yourself, that would take about 3-4 weeks.

And don't starve yourself, you'll gain MORE weight that way. You need to be eating 6 small meals a day, and exercising AT LEAST 30 minutes, 4-5 times a week, cardio and weight training.

Your diet is 80% of your weight loss, you need to eat lots of protein, carbs, and good fats, along with good exercise, you should shed off pounds very quick.

Exercise, eat breakfast a large dinner at six and drink water later.

Avoid anything made with complex sugars like, soft drinks.

Make sure to keep plenty of water on hand (eight glasses a day.)

love handles are normal and the hardest to completely remove but, will respond to exercise.

This is a horrible way to lose 10 pounds in a week, but it works...its not healthy though so keep that in mind. I drink tons of water and only snack on fat free pretzels when i get hungry. have a banana for breakfast and then a bowl of special k cereal for lunch. and then skip dinner altogether! drink water and diet coke. maybe a little coffee if you need it. also, i take 2 laxatives every night before bed so i can clear out my system the next morning and feel thin...i told you it wasnt healthy so try at own risk!!

One way is to get hold of a diet given by the hospital for someone who needs to lose weight quickly for surgery. Its not fun, no guarantees the weight will stay off.

The best way to loose weight is eat salad and water only nothing
heavy and do a lot of walking and push ups and sit ups also the love part is to do things together to help loost the weight,for ex. walk together.

hey babe i'm big R i'll tell yah how to loose the 10 pounds in a week, go to a spa where they have a sanna! but drink a'lot of water while being in there, its not uncommon for a person to loose 20 pounds in "1" day it may sound wild but find a sanna and you'll see it will work

good luck with that. good exercises are a lot of running and lots of sit-ups and push-ups. a good diet is to not eat any "white food", no im not being racial, no carbohydrates like bread, pasta potatos that kinda stuff.


ps. i tried the cabbage soup and my house and my refrigerator stunk for over a month
