Eat more vegetables than carbohydrates (ie breads, noodles, rice, potatos, corn chip/tortilla things)
No fast food
Lots of water
Back on the vegetable things - eat as many different coloured vegetables as you can get your hands on each day. Try 5 different colours if you can manage it. More is better!

Eat less. Think about what a regular meal would be for you and maybe eat 1/2 or 3/4. The human body was designed to live on much less than we feed it.
Its not only cheap, but it should save you money (proportional to the percent you don't eat)

I would suggest Tetrazene ES-50 (Glucomannan). It is a healthy alternative to diet pills, etc. It is all-natural and available at health food stores. What is it? Read this: "Tetrazene ES-50 etc. (Glucomannan) is a polysaccharide (long chains of simple sugars, primarily mannose and glucose) that is classified as a soluble fiber. Glucomannan is obtained from the root of the Amorphophallus Konjac plant, which is native to Asia. Historically, Asians have used Glucomannan in traditional foods such as noodles, tofu, and other Asian food products. Glucomannan is a pectin-like, gel fiber which absorbs liquid (up to 200 times its weight), which makes it effective as a bulk / fiber laxative. If taken before meals with liquids, Glucomannan creates a feeling of fullness, which tends to discourage overeating. It is this quality which has made Glucomannan a popular weight loss supplement. Additionally, like many soluble fibers, Glucomannan can bind with a variety of substances in the digestive tract to slow digestion and reduce the absorption of fat and carbohydrates.
While Glucomannan is primarily used as a weight loss and fiber supplement, several small controlled studies have found that Glucomannan reduced total cholesterol levels in otherwise healthy adults. Studies found Glucomannan reduced bad cholesterol (LDL), and some studies showed increased good cholesterol (HDL). Glucomannan was also found to improve other risk factors of heart disease, such as high triglyceride levels and high blood pressure. In addition, several studies have suggested that Glucomannan may help regulate blood sugar levels in the body (possibly due to the delay in stomach emptying), and therefore could be helpful in treating diabetes.
Glucomannan supplements are available as capsules and as a bulk powder. (NOTE: Like other soluble fibers, glucomannan has the potential to bind with and reduce the absorption of certain nutrients - so a daily multivitamin supplement may be advisable for individuals consuming high doses of glucomannan on a regular basis.)"

ok here it is at no aditional cost you and its a healthy diet for the whole family. no more than 60 carbs per meal if you drink alchol only one drink per day. measure your food and write it down what you eat after each meal. no more than 3oz of meat per meal.you need to find a carb copunter book and stick with what i told you and you also need to exercise at least 1 hour per day 7 days per week. do not drink any soda of any kind they are very bad for you even if you're healty. do not drink fruit juice if you.re going to do anything eat the whole fruit and you get the fiber then. only one small apple per day and a half of a banana they are very fatting. stick with this and you can eat anything you want just have to cut back on the portion sizes. no diet is required to loose weight just watch how much you're eating.

he metabolic powers particular foods have to make your physique burn far more body fat.” It is a way of rating foods, primarily based on “how several calories your physique is going to burn just breaking down the nutrients each time you consume a certain food.”
Therefore, you are not alone in this battle.
