It all depends on the attitude of the person. Some see it as an opportunity. Others get deeply depressed due to their attachment and insecurity. Change is the law of life whether we wish it or not. therefore I will wecome change with a positive attitude and see how best I can adapt myself to it. Always look for opportunities in every change ,,, this will be my attide and approach to life. Ofcourse we need to have life skills to deal with change and change does not take our permission ... it is irrecovably inevitable.
We must however put efforts to counter the changes we do not like and learn to accept those that we cannot. We must pray to God to let us know this difference of what can be changed and what cannot be changed ... that is - the wisdom to know the difference.
We must read inspirational and self-help books and keep company of positive people to help us grow emotionally and spiritually.
Accept it as Almighty's will to accept an inevitable and unpleasant change. Accept, adjust and appreciate.

I react pretty good to change even though I don't like it. Change comes with my job and I've learned to roll with it, rather than fight it.......However, when it comes to my life, that's a different story..One that I've told my children time and time again. I made the "big" mistake of leaving home when I was only 14 years old. Thus having to get a job and not finishing high school. I know, I know, I could've done both....but I didn't. And that's the biggest regret of my whole life. If I had to do it over, I would of stuck it out at home, finished school, and to tell the truth I pretty much know exactly where I'd be right now. Working at Advanced Micro Devices creating and building the very thing we're communicating on. I did at one point have a job there when I was 17, but because I wanted change, I moved out of state.
Now, granted....If my life would of went that way: I wouldn't have my kids and grandson that I love dearly now....But that's not the point of this survey is it? I "had" the oppurtunity to change my life and I took it.......But at the time it was a mistake. Change needs to come when all other aspects of your life are in order....Make sure you've thought of everything before you take that giant leap.......
Good luck to you too.....! ! ! !

My first instinct was to say that I would live it differently. I have a lot of things I would like to change if I get a chance to do it all over again.

However, once I thought about it I realized that if I changed anything in my past I may not be with the wonderful man I have today. He is worth all of the heart ache I have had along the way.

I was paralyzed in an accident almost 9 years ago. Of course i would love to go back and change that incident and since i was given the opportunity that means i could remember what i could have lost and appreciate everything.

I would not change a thing in my life. Even the rotten experiences no matter how painful taught me valuable life lessons that I would never have learned under nicer circumstances. i think each person is a sum total of their lives. Pain is the touchstone of spiritual growth.

As long as it leads to positive change that moves your life forward. A good thing wont wait around for you to come to it. When the opportunity presents itself jump on it before it passes you by.

When I read your question, my first response was to say that I would live differently.

Then I thought about it.

Things certainly would be easier if I chose to live differently, but I wouldn't be who I am today...and I really like who I am.

So, to answer your question, I'd change nothing!!!!

its as if you're saying if you could turn back time. Well, I do wish to live differently, but if I do, I wouldnt be able to learn from my mistakes. So, since you said there's no right or wrong, I'll settle for in between. Hehehe...

I think we are who we are because of the things we have gone through in our lives. Although I personally have gone through some traumatic things in my life, I would not change my life at all.
