Ok, this is tough. You haven't given much real info, but I'll try.

Testicular cancer would be manifested by a lump on the testicle (so you should feel it by rolling your testicle between your fingers. If you notice bump, get to a doctor). You would also have enlarged lymph nodes in your groin on the side that hurts (again feel for little bumps that feel like pearls under the skin along the crease where your leg attaches to your body). Often cancer causes a low grade fever that just won't go away. Be aware that if you had a history of undescended testicle and the doctor operated and made it descend, there is a higher incidence of cancer (and if he didn't make it descend the risk grows even more.) So those are the cancer facts.

The fact that the pain is intermittant and severe and referred to your stomach makes me wonder if you might have a small hernia slipping into the testicular sac. This can happen and go away, depending on the pressure applied because the muscles that hold the intestine in are weaker there. You would need to be checked by a doctor, but this is why when you get a physical he may (should) feel you down there and tell you to cough. It causes the pressure in the abdomen to rise and any hernia to slip briefly into the sac. This isn't life threatening or an emergency as long as the intestine slips back, and you'd know if it didn't because you would have intractable pain.

Most likely this is simply the result of hormonal changes. Just as women get abdomenal cramping and breast discomfort when they menstruate (hormonal changes at this time), so can a male have testicular discomfort during hormonal fluctuation. You are still growing and your body is changing, thus your hormones have yet to reach a steady level.

I'm sorry that you have to worry about this, but it's okay to be concerned about your body. If the pain persists or you feel a lump or run a fever tell your mom. Even if you just have her make an appointment then tell the doctor in private what the problem is you should be able to get some relief.

Best wishes.

You've got to get to an MD> soon. If by some small chance it is testicular cancer, immediate treatment is key for survival. Chances are that its from a torsion(twisting) of the testicle. That requires immediate treatment also. Good luck with your beans mate. And dont be embarrased to tell mom and dad, thats what they're here for.

Best thing is tell your parents you need to talk to a doctor, most likely it is just inflamed some and will go away in few days unless you twisted in some way, which is unlikely because you would have lot more pain,as it could be an infected hair or pimple, which will hurt when you touch it,if not gone away in a few days call your doctor.

If you have a testicular pain, tell your parents and they will take you to a doctor.

Some people have a condition called testicular torsion, and while what you are describing doesn't sound like torsion to me it is impossible for me to make any conclusive diagnosis over the internet.

It could be a hernia
torsion of the hydatid of morgagni (= torsion of appendix testis)
it could be an infection - orchitis/epididymo-orchitis - prostatitis - urinary infection
it could be (but is unlikely to be) testicular cancer

Sounds like torsion appendix testis to me but get a doctor to check it because if it is testicular torsion or a cancer and you lose your testis you will regret it.

See a doctor. It is probably normal and nothing. Tell your parents. Don't be embarrassed.
