Well I would say if you can't afford to have them shipped to you then you probably can't afford to have them in the first place. Parrots cost alot of money and shipping usually isn't much. At least in the states it's under $100 and that's a flat rate. A first time wellness exam at the vet will cost you more than that.

Take up a paper route. Good money in it.
Also, just curious why you are having your parrots shipped to you by plane. Make sure you have seen them. They could be damaged in some way. Just be cautious about that.

Becareful about paying someone to ship birds. There are people out there saying that they will ship birds to you from another country and scam you. Becareful.

Do some babysitting for extra cash. Go through your stuff and what you don't want or need have a garage sale.
