Hair..its not considered water proof...unless you're talking about the STRANDS of hair. Hair itself, a whole bunch is not considered water proof, because you know, it can get wet! But a strand itself...yes, that is waterproof.

Of course hair its waterproof! When you get out of the shower your hair is SO wet!

I would say water resistant because at first water rolls off the hair beucase of oil or shampoo build up. But with enough water it will absorb.

No, because it absorbs water. If it were water resistant than the water would bead up on the outside of the hair.

it is dead cell but not waterproof.

NO, if it was it wouldn't be wet for long after you take a shower, just a wiping it would have been enough to dry it.

i dunno, curl it then take a shower and let me know if its still cruly.
