Love it, I mean calling a fart a pimp! I lived in Scotland for a few years but never heard the word. When we were kids we were encouraged to say "fluff", how boring. I'm a champion farter, both loud and SBD, and would love to hear any other names for it. And yes, 1 of my 3 has been known to make the odd smell but it's her snoring that gets me laughing.

Never heard the word 'pimp' to mean fart before. Animals are good at silent but deadly.

If your cat ain't (pimping) thats good news, means you are feeding him/her a good diet. Too much activity from that end is a que to start thinking about a change of diet! Remenber Friends? Smelly Caaaaat, Smelly Caaaaat, what are they feeding you!!!!!!!

My cat loves to be brushed and goes into ecstasies - accompanied by copious SBD farting. The other cat can clear the room in two seconds flat - but I have never actually heard either of them.

We've had quite a few cats over the years and none has passed gas that we know of except for one cat who had gas all the time and her farts stunk. It was hard to live with. The vet said maybe she was lactose intollerant.

Yes, all cats break wind. Usually the "silent but deadly" variety, although I have heard a quiet little "poot!" sound before, but it's rare. As my younger brother always says, "Everyone farts."

Only one cat we ever had was a regular at passing gas. My sister and I would complain to our mum that he stunk. She'd always answer that it wasn't he that stunk, but just the air around him. It was still bad enough for me -- we were careful to never make him purrRRRrr after a meal. That often set him off.

I had a cat growing up and adopted a cat in August. I have never noticed my cats farting before. Do all cats fart? Because I've never seen it in my life.... Smelly poo though, ick.
