I get those every once in a while just out of the blue. make sure you are washing your face every nite and if you are getting them in the same area everytime use sum extra acne wash in that area. or you can use a clay mask to minimize the size.

I used to have really bad acne. And I know how you are feeling right now. If they are just red pimples, without any white stuff in the middle, put tea tree oil on it every night and they will clear up or harden and peel off. This was what my facial person reccommended to me.

It's called cystic acne and it's the most severe form of acne. it really needs a dermatologists attention. Salysilic acid probably isn't strong enough and it has nothing to do with washing your face. In fact, washing your face too much can make it worse. If you have good insurance it should cover the cost of the dermatologist visit and any presciption medications. If you don't get it taken care of it can leave permanant scarring.

everyone gets them. Don't touch it, put some peroxide on a q-tip and apply directly on it, then leave it until it starts to bubble. also, try some aspirin to calm the swelling. wash your face thoroughly with an oil-free face wash (i reccomend clearasil or clean & clear) every single day. it will take some time to go away. this will work for you :) good luck!
