Please tell me some diets you have tried, or even heard of....

After gaining my Freshman 15 in college I ate Slim Fast bars for breakfast and lunch and snacked on one piece of fruit and a Gatorade between those bars. Then for dinner I had a 6 inch Subway sandwich and every other day I ran 1-3 miles on the track. I did that for a month and dropped all of the weight. I did not cheat at all though.... a lot of people try this and cheat and then complain, you can't cheat or it doesn't work.

Other than that, I generally just stay active, try to walk and take stairs whenever, and eat pretty much whatever I feel like. When I am not being active, I try to not eat anything two hours before bedtime. Always eat breakfast (to jumpstart the metabolism). Eat lots of high fiber foods... that usually keeps me satisfied without eating too much... and high-fiber foods are generally packed with good nutrition too and low in calories.
