We had a BBQ once and forgot about some steak in a tupperware container under the BBQ. It was marinading in some red wine, garlic, and herbs with a dash of lemon juice. Five days later we found it. We cooked it! It was the best steak we had tasted . I would not worry about cooking your steaks! In the marinade, steak is actually cooking. On high heat you should have no problem. Just make sure that you cook the steak well on both sides. Meat has been preserved over the centuries with combinations of salt, herbs, air drying, etc. Yours will not be a problem, thaw them, dry them on some kitchen paper and cook them straight away. Enjoy!

It's safe to eat.
But it's not good for the meat. The acids in the marinade together with the freezing process will tear down a lot of the cells. That can leave the meat a bit mushy.
Best thing is to defrost it slowly and completely before cooking.

I do it all the time and I'm always satisfied with the end result. Usually I let it sit out to take the chill off so that they can get some extra marinade in it.

Yes. If you froze the steak, the marinade froze too, so both will be ok to eat. Enjoy!!

if they were never frozen before, I would imagine that they would be okay to eat, although they will be VERY strong on taste. you can cook one and see how it tastes. If it don't taste good throw them out..
