Actually, there have been several studies of late (and yes, by definition a study casts a favourable light on the concern paying for the study) that suggests that taking the supplement CLA (Conjugated Linoleic Acid) will help target stubborn fat deposits.

I've been taking it off and on for about a year and, although I am pretty active (I work out 7 days a week), I have found that I am able to lose more % body fat when I take it than when I don't.

You can pick it up in most health food and fitness stores - just be sure to get Tonalin CLA (even if it is part of a proprietary blend), and ask the counter clerk what sort of feedback they may have heard about the different brands.

Here are some articles on CLA - good luck!

Fat distibution is genetic.
There is no such thing as spot reducing.
You may be one of those people that has to be really skinny to not have a double chin.

Maybe regular rebounding (bouncing, on a mini-trampoline or with jumpy boots), possibly some yoga (perhaps you could google it).
