Well you've done great thus far in acknowledging that you have a problem. Its very difficult for women especially not to constantly think about there weight when its the number one topic on most magazines. When skinny is portrayed as beautiful....

Go talk to your doctor he/she will connect you with a nutritionist or maybe a counselor of some sorts to talk to. But good for you. it takes a lot of woman to admit to something like this. Its crossed my mind a few times, especially after having a child when weight should be the last thing on my mind. But it can and will get better
God Bless

Weight gain is caused from not eating as much as it is from over eating. When you do not eat your metabolism shrinks. causing your body to need less food. if you are worried about your weight then you need to eat 3 balanced meals a day and a couple snacks once you have set your body to work with that you just eat smaller amounts but still 3 meals a day and 2 snacks. Do not get your self down weight is an issue that so many people battle everyday. It is never how big you are it is about how you feel about yourself. I am overweight in everybodies eyes but the thing about it is I am happy and my confidence in being a big person is over who I am. and the friends I got and the family I will always have around me. Smile, I am sure it is beautiful and that is what matters.

Why are you spending so much time and energy focusing on your weight? As long as you're not non-stop eating, as long as you eat only 3 meals a day and no snacks in between, You shouldn't need to worry. Men like healthy looking women, not sickly-skeletal bonny women. Focus on something else that would take your mind off the weight. Do something you really like. You are just fine the way you are. You just have to learn to like yourself much more.

Think positive girl!! I'm sure your weight is fine if you're worrying about it. Pleeeeeeaaaaaaaasssssseeeeee don't get bulimic on me!! You're beautiful no matter what. Just promise yourself that you won't try and lose weight by becoming bulimic, or anorexic. Eat healthy, but don't feel bad about eating. Everyone needs to. Kay? Find a hobby to take your mind off of it.

I deal with this too. Honestly, I know that this is a problem but go to someone who can really help. Like a doctor or anyone in the medical field.

Please understand that you are beautiful and that if you are taking care of yourself in a healthy manner, you should be fine. Please do not binge or become anorexic or buliemic. Seek help right away with friends, family or your doctor. There are ways to be helped. Don't go through these feelings alone.

well i guess you have a problem......and you need help ASAP....you have eating disorder.....
this is called anorexia nervosa...i don't know your age..but this disorder is common to adolescence (girls)...
they think eating makes them fat....thats why they purge themselves after eating....you need to increase your self esteem....and accept that you have a problem...mostly anorexic uses denial and do not accept they have a problem, thus, they are more difficult to treat.
