She wouldn't stop talking nonsense and nagging during a re-run of the Soprano's and made me miss most of it. After several warnings, I finally was forced to slap her a few times to shut her up. Then she called the cops and got a restraint on me for spite. Should I forgive her or just get even. She is a good cook and great in bed when her mouth is shut.

No matter how bad things get, when you hit the other person it would be your fault, you should know that violents is not the answer, and if you still wants to be with her you should apologise to her, but if you know you are going to repeat what you have just done, then rather stop this before you get locked up for abuse.
