I cant poop in public bathrooms can anyone help me fix this problem

i have that problem sort of. i don't go unless its real necessary.
I squat on the seats even thou im repeatedly told i cant catch anything from the seats.
I bring a handy small package of kleenex bacuse i don't know if the toliet paper has ben tamper with or is dirty
Also i bring a hand sanitizer to wash my hands because i don't like using the sinks in dirty public bathrooms
Some are ok....as long as they look decent and it well kept and cleaned. If the bathroom looks worse that the one in your home, you do have a right to be concerned!!!

Personally? I can't stand to do it anywhere but at home, on my own throne. But, when you've gotta go, you've gotta go. Just understand that it is a natural function that everyone undergoes. I'm usually self-conscious when I'm using a public bathroom, I always think someone is going to laugh... but it never happens. In all reality, it probably never will. As for cleaning the seat, just wipe it off with some toilet paper. They clean those daily, they're bound to be cleaner than yours at home.

I can't use public bathrooms either.

That seems to be a very common thing. I often have difficulty myself in making #2 anywhere but at home. I don't worry about it, though.

Use the restroom before you leave the house. That should help. Or just bring something (like bleach, etc) with you to clean it.

best to do your business at home. I have the same prob. i also have a hard time at other peoples houses and hotel rooms when someone may hear it.
