You can't!! Losing weight doesn't happen for no reason. People have to put in the work to have the body they want. Some people have it naturally (a fast metabolism) but regular people have to exercise and eat healthy to BE healthy.

drink lots of water, eat 5 small meals instead of 3 big ones
do small exercise (for example walk every chance you get)
