Well water weighs a little over 8 pounds to the gallon, and muscadines probably weighs a little more, so about 45 lbs I would guess.

One gallon of water weighs 128 oz, or 8 lbs. Grapes contain more than just water, there's sugar and pulp which affect the density of the liquid. Specific gravity is the ratio of densities between a liquid and water...water (to itself) is 1.0 Grape juice, particularly muscadine (which is especially sweet) is about 1.1
So, the weight of the juice would actually be 1.1 times that of water so 1.1 times 128 equals 140.8 or 8.8 pounds per gallon.

Five gallons would be around 44 pounds.
