I dont have a maching and cannot buy one i am a poor university students. What is the best way to make steamed milk or that frothy milk stuff at home? and if i must have a some sort of contraption what is the cheapest thing that will do the trick?

1 c. evaporated skim milk
Sugar substitute equivalent to 1 T. sugar
2 c. strong freshly brewed coffee
Sprinkle of cinnamon
Place milk in a 2-cup measuring cup. Microwave on high for 1 minute. Place hot milk and sugar substitute in a blender container. Cover with vented lid and blend until frothy, about 1 minute.
To serve: Divide coffee into 4 mugs. Top each with frothy milk and sprinkle with cinnamon.

On a hot plate or stove top, in a saucepan with a whisk.

boil the milk on the stove. it is better than anything else.
