Ribeye steaks are my favorite. A good cut will have no gristle and a streak of fat that adds to the flavor.

Rib eye steaks were my favorite until I tasted a Chuck eye. If you love rib eye, you have got to try a Chuck Eye. They are about the same, but the Chuck Eye does not have all the fat. It is a very lean cut and just as good.....if not better. Give it a try. You won't be disappointed. Trust me.

New York strip steak, marinated in some Worchestershire sauce, water, and minced onion and garlic. I grill it until medium well and then serve it with grilled mushrooms, peppers, and onions. . .
. . .now that is some fine eating! :-)

Rib eye! Cooked medium. Rare if I am eating in the dark.
The marbling is more than enough flavor, so no extra seasoning is needed.
Angus or Ranchers Reserve are my faves. I never tried Kobe.
