If a pastor ever put on a glove, grabbed my genitals, and asked me to cough...
No, it's a very good question. I think I admire many of the same qualities in religious leaders and physicians. I like them to be intelligent, well-educated, genuinely curious about and concerned for those they serve, and articulate. I'm a secular Humanist, but I am friendly with several rectors and ministers that I admire.

Well the Bible gives the outline for what we should look for. I am a Baptist and we look for one who uses the KJV. Must be a male. Women are not called to preach and that is also found in Timothy. Pretty much thats it. From there you let God show you which man should be your pastor. Have different men come in and preach and ask them about there family. Follow the outline in Timothy 3 and you will know what God ask of him. While you are looking for a pastor God is preparing His heart as well. A pastor must have a burden for that church too. The one God wants is the one he will burden for the church.

Silence. That's the best quality a pastor can have, non interventionism (minding his own business) is second..
Doesn't the bible say :"Let your pastors be quite in the churches"?
Oh Wait, that's women, my bad....

Both Doctors and Pastor are parasites on the people. Their only goal in life is money and a easy job.
