Contrary to what the ignorant will tell you, inbreeding is not necessarily a bad thing. You can be totally sure that all qualities not in either parent (that means also not there recessively) won't be in the puppies. However, everything that is there will be doubled up on, meaning if one of these dogs has a bad temperament, you'll be sure the puppies will have bad temperaments. That's why only experienced breeders who have a thorough knowledge of genetics as well as both parents and their pedigrees for 3 generations back should ever attempt it.

My first experience with a dog breeder before I knew anybetter! I bought a St Bernard puppy. I did not know about asking questions , much less what to ask. I just answered an ad in the paper. Found out later that the dog's parents were brother and sister. This was many yrs ago. She was the most loving dog. She was one of the smartest dogs I have ever had.
She became VERY sick at the age of 2. The vet operated on what he thought was a uterine problem, was going to spay her. What he found was a giant tumor in her intestines. It was beyond his capability to remove it.
Was that from inbreeding? I don't know. I only know that this was one of the hardest loses for me. She was so young!

Not a thing, more than likely. They will probably be just fine and make good pets.
Are the parents young? It is surprising how young dogs can breed! Be sure to get mama and papa spayed/neutered ASAP so this doesn't happen again!

They will probably die because they were inbred. There isn't enough variation in their immunity chromosomes or something like that.
