I love the granny smith apples, they are easier to get the skin off of and are good for candy apples/caramel apples.

I pretty much don't eat anything but Granny Smith. When I was a kid, I liked crabapples - guess I'm into sour apples!

Granny Smith for me...there are so nice and crisp and just a little sour. Great for apple pies too.
