Check Wikipedia for a list of negative-calorie foods. Remember, these foods become positive calorie foods when buttered, fried and/or dipped in ranch dressing! They also do not come anywhere near providing a well-balanced diet, so ensure that you are getting all the vitamins, minerals and nutrients that you need from other sources as well.
