God tells us that we can only love one of them. But don't we need money to survive and to keep worshipping God?

When you love money, you are loving God. And when you love God, you are loving money. This is because God is in all things good. And money is good. And if you are loving, then God is happy. Worshipping God does not necessarily mean you need money to do so. As long as you love Him, He is happy.
