i have tried slimming clubs and i hv also got endometriosis and polycysitc ovaries im starting to get depressed because i eat properly 3 meals a day if im peckish i eat fruit.

Slimming clubs and diets dont work in the long run. Eat what you like in smaller portions and chew each mouthful thoroughly, eat slowly so your brain has time to tell your stomach it is full and you dont have to eat a whole bar of chocolate a couple of pieces should be enough to dull the craving. Oh and drink a glass of water before you start your meal.

Try regular exercise 3 - 5 times per week. To lose weight start with a good cardio programme. Any good gym should provide you a programme for free when you join.
Also, try eating a good breakfast, remember this is the time your body takes in most of its nutrients from the food you eat. Cut down on carbohydrates later in the day (esp for dinner).

Walking....loose the white flour stuff like white bread, tortillas, crackers....avoid colas like the plaugue,,,eat vegetables as much as it takes to fill you up sub red meat for fish., chicken, turkey...you can still have red meat just not everyday...you will do fine i was over 300 pounds and in a month lost 30 pounds by doing this....but you must walk at least 30 minutes a day...you don't need clubs it's a waste of time and money. After your metabolism gets revved up then you can the the gyms....good luck

I weighed 198lbs 2 months ago and prior to that I tried everything. I bought expensive eqipment, walked on the treadmill 2 miles a day but nothing worked until I decided my health was deteriorating from this weight so I got my doctor to prescribe me adderall (I know it's a serious drug) but I lost 52lbs in less than 2 months, plus I have energy. I wouldn't suggest taking it for a long period of time, just until you lose some weight and your body gets some of its muscle tone back.The only way the doctor will give it to you though is if you're slick and tell him you either have narcolepsy or ADHD. Usually a psychiatrist is the only doctor that would take on the responsibility of prescribing it though. Good luck.

VERY IMPORTANT:

separate your carbs from your proteins
(don't eat them in the same meal and make
sure you wait a few hours in between)

eat smaller amounts but more frequently

drink ALOT of water

walk everywhere

if u can do that u're onto a good start!!!!

Get yourself a sweat-suit like boxers use and do half an hour of excecise a day- you can lose up to five pounds in one session. Hope this helps. Keep up the good work- it will come off eventually.

I'd recommend just going to a gym a few times a week. I'd recommend the walker machines as they're most effective at burning fat than the rest of the machines there.

go gnc and get the product called CLA i guarentee u it works like a charm. you can eat your normanl foods and you dont have to excersise unless you want. once you start taking CLA how you know that its working you start going to the bathroom like crazy! that letts you know that your body is getting rid of all of that fat and toxin in your body and your eating habits are going to change and reduce and your going to start seeing that weight drop off of you id say maybe starting from two week to six weeks tops. good luck
