It really depends, if your best friend likes him as well, then let them have a chance, just tell her not to give you the details because that would just make you feel sad, but if your best friend doesn't like him then you should just tell the guy and let him get over her, then long afterward if you still like him then tell him and see how he will react, and see how that will work out then.

You do one of the following:
Let him know that you like him, and see what happens then, or let him go. Maybe he doesn't know you well enough to have feeling towards you, so you should take upon yourself to get to know him better. But if he knows you well, then let him go. If he looks right past you, just to get with your bestfriend, then he's not worth it.

can't help who we like or who others like. if your friend knows you like him then she should let him know she is not interested that is the unwritten rule of friendships. also hes not worth it if he doesn't notice you there are plenty that will. trust me. good luck p.s. boys are a dime a dozen but friends can last forever so don't let him come between the two of yoy. if your friends likes him too wish them luck and you move on.

there's nothing you can do if he likes you friend and not you.Try keeping yourself busy and talk to many other boys and you'll soon forget about that one. It may seem hard at first but you'll get the hang of it.Good luck!!!

you have no control over people's feelings, as much as it may hurt you, you justhave to let it go. for one, would you really want someone who would take you as second best? and two, maybe your friend likes him too, and who are you to stand in the way of that.

How would you want your friend to behave if it was the other way around? If she is a true friend and she knows you like him she should not go there anyway.

If your friend likes them back, then you should let it be you don't want to loose a friend, if not then perhaps try to get some alone time with this person, and see if maybe opinions change. be yourself.
