STEP AWAY FROM THE COMIC BOOK
dude, be realistic, The Juggernaught in the comic books (you must just watched the X-Men 3 movie huh. C'mon dude admit it, I've got the movie too) is fantasy, not real and just because you saw it in the movie doesn't mean that it'll actually happen in REAL life.
and there is no way to strengthen your body to do this (too much television, and not enough reality talks from mom and dad, or too many puffs from the crack pipe or hits from a Bong)
Working out with weights will give you more strength, but it WILL NOT give you the ability to break through WALLS (note that I said walls) made of concrete, drywall, brick, steel, etc.
and neither will Martial Arts give you this ability.
Yes there are Martial Artists who can break several concrete slabs (or several stacked pieces of wooden boards, and they are NOT pre broken or have a designated flaw in the item that is being broken), or large bricks. but that is only from dedication to practice and their focus in perfecting their techniques in their Martial Arts discipline.
And Ninedemonsgod, they aren't baked to make them brittle or made with a designated flaw in them they are REAL boards and REAL concrete, as usual my friend you are COMPLETELY misinformed. there is no "trick" to it.
but back to what I was saying: What you saw was "movie magic" that originally came from the creative mind of a comic book artist.
If you really want to know where it came from:
In the X-Men COMIC BOOKS: The Juggernaught was a "normal" guy who found a mystical ruby ( I believe it was calle the Ruby of Cytorak, also mentioned in the Dr Strange comic book storylines) that "gave" him his powers, the movie didn't point this out and merely said that it was his "mutant power" notice that I said mutant, as most of the characters have a "mutant gene" that gives an individual a certain ability.
but again, this is creative writing and not reality.
I've studied Martial Arts (see below) for 15yrs, and have broken many boards, and Camfer (concrete) slabs in my time. but I have NEVER (or will ever HAVE) had the desire to try and break through a wall.
But I gotta say that it would be a cool ability to have if it was ACTUALLY POSSIBLE, but it's not here in the REAL world.

how do you think strengthening your bones works? drink a lot of milk? and as for the necessary momentum, take a physics class. figure out how much momentum an average sized human being would need to be able to go through a brick wall. i promise you that it's fast enough to make you go squish right before the wall breaks
stay away from brick walls, they're not your friend

Impossible! You would die if you try to strengthen every bones. To strengthen bones, you will have to create microfractures all over repeatly. Plus your bones will never be strong enough to smash thrugh a brick wall.
All karat trick you see is a fake! They bake the board or brick beforehand to make it brittle.

I think it's impossible, breaking bricks is one think but going through even 1 inch brick layer with your body is impossible b/c your whole body surface area makes it impossible unless at very high speeds(greater than can run) and you probably die by the way. i won't try it if i were you.

Why don't you try right now. Find a good, strong brick wlll & run at it full speed. Let us know how you did. Do your part to protect the gene pool.
