I would seek medical advice from a specialist in this field.
Unless you mean a prosthetic knee - if that is what is broken get it repaired or replaced.

Your knee is either broken, or not broken- it cannot be "nearly" broken. See your doctor.

You don't say how it's broken. When in doubt seek medical advice. They are very hard to break as they are solid chrome.

You need to go back to the surgeon who did the op, if he is still around. If not see your GP for another referral. Good Luck.

A false knee? If it is a prosthesis, then check with your prosthetist to see if it can be replaced.

Have your leg amputated. (If you decide to go this route, perhaps you could have both legs amputated. Think of the money you would save on shoes and socks!)
