Invoke him in a good conversation. Let him know that you have something to bring to the table. Be yourself and let him come to you. Don't be too obvious, and if he doesn't notice you in that way, just be satisfied with being his friend. Lean on your intellect, and if that gets his attention, then you can let your curves do the talking for you!
