If all plants and animals are composed of cells, the average size of which ranges from 0.01 to 0.1 mm.
I don´t think it is possible to know exactly how may cells are in your body.

It is impossible to say an exact number but in my opinion as a certified geneologist, i would have to say atleast 50 million million for a baby and for an adult about 10 trillion

That is like trying to count how many starts are in the universe. Too many to count, which leads to assumptions like probably a billion or so.
