You are better off with diet soda. Regular soda has a high amount of calories and they are empty calories (no nutrition). Therefore it is fattening.
While there are debates about aspartame causing all sorts of problems including headaches and brain tumors, Splenda is said to be less harmful. There is Diet coke with Splenda and PepsiOne for the Pepsi drinkers.
The amount of sodium in diet soda is not significant unless you drink something like 10-12 cans a day. I have had fluid retention problems, and the sodum in diet soda causes me no problem. In my experience, drinking diet soda will not make you bloat up from the sodium.
If water were such a good alternative, they wouldn't have invented soda in the first place. I recommend sticking with diet soda.

Whenever I heard or saw people drink soda for their H2O source I felt so bothered. Why? Human being have being drinking water for so long. Why we add so many things inside our drinks? In side the soda, it's not only the caffeine, the sugar or the aspartame. There are color, the processing, the artificial flavors. They are totally junks.
I'm sorry.
Please try to use to water. You body can change, you throat can listen to your brain. When your brain tells you that water is the best, your throat will listen.
If you still can drink water. Do a little work, Make some tea or lemon water, in one cup add 1 to 2 teaspoon sugar. Let them cool or add ice, you'll like them.

I've found Diet Coke with Splenda is actually really good. But both are theoretically harmful-the Sugary soda will hurt your health and your weight, whereas the Aspartame could, with a very small chance, give you health problems later down the road. But I think Diet it still better than Regular.

weight loss application sodas are freed from energy, actual, yet there is learn showing that the chemical ingredients in weight loss application sodas can inhibit weight help efforts. Aspartame isn't reliable for you, and Splenda is poisonous! examine greater approximately this on the internet internet site i'm offering under. a greater desirable determination could be to drink water or brew decaffeinated iced tea at domicile. in case you may no longer stand the style of iced tea at once-up, you need to upload a small volume of sugar or a flavored syrup. yet sugar is likewise extremely poisonous to the human physique (a minimum of you would be eating much less, however.) reliable success!

Soda is not good for you, whether it's diet or sugared. The reason for that is because of phosphoric acid. It causes osteoporosis and it can cause kidney stones.

some people have bad reactions to aspartame, technically its not supposed to be good for you i forget why (i cant always remember everything...) personally it just gives me headaches, so if it doesnt make you feel bad i wouldnt worry about it, but remember everything in moderation, too much of anything can be bad, oh and for water try flavor packets or fizzy water, much better than just plain water
