I don't know, but I'm not sure why they would want to. Do you want to look like a young Arnold Schwartzenegger with a chizeled chin? Usually those muscles eventually sag and look horrible when they get older. I've seen pictures of Arnold now without a shirt. Not a pretty picture. Go for it if you want, but it's not for me.

you can build every muscle in your body except for two that are in your chest area. and those two muscles are you nipples...
I only remember reading this in a magazine somewhere... like in a mens health or something...
