Don't give up. They should have given you a reason why they didn't delete. I myself got things deleted last month and my score has raised. (see my last question asked) I disputed online and by mail, sometimes they overlook one when they come in one right after the other. Look at everything carefully, date opened, date closed, status of account, balance everything. If anything is incorrect dispute it. This is time consuming but if you try it, it will help you. In the end, if they still refuse to delete, go ahead and pay the accounts, wait a few months and try again. Sometimes the creditors don't care then because you've already paid.

Find out why they were not deleted. Contact the credit report agency you went through to get the information. Act quickly tho. I believe you only have a certain amount of time to dispute an item.

I have recently had some incorrect information deleted from my credit report -
have you waited a full 30 days (plus a few for mailing)?
did you get it in writing why they did not delete the information?

you can e-mail me if you like I will be at my computer off and on till about 0600 (at work)

Also if you think the credit agency was not acting responsibly for not deleting the info you can contact the govt site by searching "fair credit reporting" and fill out a complaint on the credit bureau that would not delete the info with the FTC

Sign up with a credit repair company. There are some that do wonders. Get a referral.

It is very possible to get most items off your credit report. I have a credit repair company. We generally remove 90% of bad information.
