Can you say discrimination. o wait your at the smart end so of course you can. It is a religion-IQ chart not a Christianity-IQ chart. May I say that obviously religious people have lower IQ's, all the people who aren't religious are always looking for answers so they study and research a lot. It would be very discriminitory to say "christians are the most stupid" because it is religion not christianity, and to say that Atheist's have the greatest intelligence is probably the most bias thing I've ever heard. I am in High school taking all AP and Honors courses and I have seen many Atheists that ramble on about things they don't know. Such as yourself. If you were really intelligent you would know that in order to obtain credible information you must have multiple sites that say the same thing. Please, next time have a more valid argument as to not make a fool of yourself.

Why do you hate religion so much? There are many intelligent people who believe in God. Desmond Tutu, William F. Buckley, Rudy Giuliani, Jimmy Carter, to name a few.

Once again with the demands. You seem to have a lot of hate built up in you. I will continue to pray for you and others who also cannot see the truth. God Bless

Let me get this right. You tell us to use spell check, yet you cant get your grammer right in your question. It doesnt make sense. When you call us stupid, you are deviating from the whole "free thinker" idea. You say you are intelligent, but can you be when you put others down?

ok, enable's unpack this and comprehend its context. it is Isaiah of Babylon (Isaiah 40-fifty 3). His historic prophetic challenge replaced into to cajole the exiles to go back. it truly is, the human beings of Judea (the realm close to Jerusalem) were hauled off to Babylon as slaves, notwithstanding the arrival of the Persian king Cyrus (see Isaiah 40 5) has began a sparkling regime without slavery. So, the finished thrust of this part of Isaiah is to get the descendants (the seed) of those carried into exile to flow residing house to Jerusalem. there is yet another similar topic happening: the ingathering of the diaspora. the human beings of Judea were scattered around the international on the time of the Babylonian captivity, and this passage is about getting them decrease back mutually. a third topic, which fills many of the Hebrew Bible's prophetic literature, is the longing for the top of tribalism (the "international locations" are the tribes of the Levant in Isaiah's utilization) and the collection of all peoples before the holy One. we may be able to work out this on the most concentration on "no different Gods;" different tribes had their personal deities. How can this be significant to us as we talk? How can we reinterpret this historic textile to expose us how we'd want to stay faithfully? can we, like Isaiah's human beings, opt to be prodded and begged to declare important life as loose human beings? can we opt to be booted out of our convenience zones? properly, definite. Are we stuck in tribalism and branch? can we want the prophet to remind us that the way of tribalism and pretend gods isn't the perfect way? can we've something we may be able to study from strangers ("their witnesses?") properly, definite. Does the international information superhighway serve the reason of getting us out of our convenience zones and our tribalism? Does it convey the international locations mutually? Does it "practice the way of the Lord, make instantly in the barren region a street for our God?" is this digital street a street to convey us mutually? i imagine so. notwithstanding this is conceivable to magnify this. Radio and tv are exceptionally a lot a similar deal. it type of feels to me that God keeps throwing us concepts of bringing the international locations mutually, and we frequently misuse them. Grace and peace to you.

I was just reading a "question" that claimed Christianity is a religion of hate and intolerance. Is this a question also?

Settle down. Sit in that chair over there. Now close your eyes and repeat this mantra: "I will not yell in Yahoo Answers" -- say it one-hundred times.
