Be very upset. It's one thing them falling for each other, which would be painful, but can happen. But doing it behind your back is the killer.
Dump your gf/bf and consider your best friend an ex-friend. You're not going to be able to trust either of them again so it's pointless pursuing a relationship with either.

That is a hard one for you to take, but brace yourself and dump her quick and make it like you don't give a .....let them rot togethertype atitude. Maybe make a point of being seen with say a friend(who is drop dead gorgeous) let them in on the whole thing and ham it up a bit might just show her what she lost in you.

It wasn't my best friend but when it happend to me I knocked on his door and beat sh*t out of him, I then pulled her sister about a month later. First thing she knew about it was me eating breakfast in her kitchen when she got up. Not very adult I know but satisfying none the less. Would have loved to have heard that conversation

Sit down with both your significant other and your best friend and talk about what happened. Before the three of you talk, talk to you significant other first. Ask them why they did it, if they are sorry that they did it, and most importantly try to work it out, if you can't, it wasn't meant to be.

get all there clothes and cut em up, Cd's n DVDs n snap em. slash the tires on there cars oh n maybe a bit of paint stripper on there too, them give out a good beating and sleep with your best mates dad/mum and then tell them you forgive them
