your best bet is to go to a shelter and save ones life, or go to a Terrier Rescue.
Adopt before you buy!

Yes, and also, I think you mean West Highland Terrier (Westie), correct? I'm not really sure how much they cost. Try looking at the ASPCA, or another shelter or adoptive agency. They're always much cheaper at those place
