Dr. Murad’s Acne Complex says that 3 simple steps, 2 times a day can reduce and clear your skin in 4 weeks. Seeing the popularity of Acne Complex one can understand that Acne Complex is certainly effective.

In the Acne Complex kit there are 3 items. A Clarifying Cleanser, an Exfoliating Acne Treatment Gel and a Skin Perfecting Lotion. The direction of use is given in the Acne Complex kit. Otherwise you can learn it on the website of Acne Complex. You can even order Acne Complex from their website too.

if you just have a few 3-4 dab toothpaste on and since I did this for the first time last week on 2-it worked within 2days gone but if you have chronic acne or more than I menioned for tooth[aste works by drying it up if you had to spread on large area of the face you'd then have a chapped, very dry skin problem-try diluting BROWN Vinegar(the white will not do) 2 tablepoons in a 1/2cup of warm water and then dab on the face and leave on especially overnight when the skin cells renew themselves-kills the bacteria, dries up existing pimples and restores skin to normal PH Level----if you are prone to pimples then dab some on after you've cleaned, toned skin and then again at night--the vinegar smell will go away in approx 10-15 minutes. Whatevaer you do do not squeeze pimples for will spread, damage the pore and can cause permanent scarring. In the cleaning your face routine--Always take off all makeup and clean face when retiring for the night and clean again in the AM and do use water after clean then with cotton ball dab on WitchHazel-a from nature astringent-tones,tightens pores and kills germs, then dab on diluted Brown Vinegar which also kills bacteria but also has Potassium and other minerals that speed up the healing process of blemishes,black-white heads and so on.Depending on the severity will determine time it will take to clear skin but once clear keep up the routine to keep skin clear---Ther also certain foods that give a great complexion like stawberries, all berries, salmon(but in moderation for really high in fat calories)-if you are prone to breakouts avoid Fried, greasy food-eat baked chips, baked chicken ,turkey and( cut way down on fast food,)all veggies and fruits esp apples and those with High Vitamin C content-Go to Borders and get a Good for skin nutrition book and use as a guide.

Nozema or an off brand of that, and there is this astringent called Seabreeze (believe thats the name) you just wipe it on with a cotton ball and let it dry, also if your skin is very oily try St. Ive's apricot scrub and a St. Ive's Clay mask it should take the oil right out

Aveeno works well. Dont use toothpaste that's a myth. All it does is make your skin dry.
