Was your question withdrawn or something the first time you asked?
I'll just repeat my answer: you almost certainly have enough to worry about already without adding concerns about imaginary "souls" and "hell" to the list.

Perhaps your answer is in John 3:17, and John 5:45, and especially in John 8:3-11, where it notes God did not send his Son to condemn the world, nor would he accuse anyone; And even when the woman(church) was caught in adult-ery(only an adult can commit), and brought to him for judgment, his judgment is: neither do I condemn you: go(learn) and sin(law) no more.
Note it's upon the 2nd uprising from twice stooping and finger writing on the ground (perhaps writing grounded & groundead for those who accuse & condemn) that there are no more accusers and condemners. All have fled except the last man standing, who understands how foolish it is to law impute sin to any if law imputed sin makes sinners all, none righteous, no, not one; especially if God is one, God & Son are one, we all are one.
The GRACE of our Lord Jesus Christ with you all. Amen.

I don`t know the circumstance of her divorce. The word states that you can get a divorce if the person you were with committed adultery. And are free to remarry. If you divorce your mate because of just not getting along then you can`t remarry as long as that person is alive. Also if a person isn`t saved and gets a divorce then God doesn`t recognize that person as his child so he didn`t recognize the marriage. After you are saved then he recognizes the marriage as you are one with him.

Your aunt will need to accept Jesus Christ as her personal Lord & Savior. The Bible says in Romans 10:13 (KJV) "For whosoever shall call upon the name of the Lord shall be saved". By accepting Jesus Christ as your personal Lord & Savior He will wash away all your sins and instead of being destined for hell she will be destined to heaven. It is a free gift. It is by God's grace.

Hi,
sorry to see no one really answered you here, again.
The thing is... I am not sure my self. This is a very important issue, and you are right to wonder about her eternal destination because of it. I am grateful that I am not in that situation.
Continue to pray about it, and study. I apologize for not being certain myself on this one. But this is the most honest reponse that I could give. GODBLESS YOU AS YOU SEEK THE TRUTH.-LIVE4TRUTH=]

She would be sinning if her mental motivation in the divorce or subsequent 'adultery' was done to hurt someone else.
If there was no intent to hurt someone, then her actions will have not been negative and thus she will not have 'sinned'.

Honestly it alldepends on if she is a born again christian or not. IF she is not a christian of course she will go to hell divorced or not.
If she is a christian, then she will still go to heaven.
